DevShop Retail OS™

I've built this myself,
more than once. Yours could be next.

One stack that runs your whole online business. Zero capex — just a ₹5,000 deposit, adjusted against real costs. Live in 3–7 days.

Retail OS was first built inside Travaholic Caps and India Contemporary. Every brand since runs on that same architecture.

How you sell

Pick the shape your business already has

I didn't build one storefront template and force every brand into it. DevShop Retail OS runs three different ways of selling, because that's what the brands I already run actually needed.

Format A

D2C · E-commerce

Your own storefront, your own name on it. Meta and WhatsApp run acquisition, abandoned-cart recovery chases the ones who almost bought, and the content engine keeps your feed fed without you sitting for a shoot every month.

Live on it → Travaholic Caps, Moonglasses · Launching → Fresh For Paws
Format B

Marketplace

Several brands, one shopfront, shared logistics and payment rails underneath. Good when the discovery story is bigger than any single brand's ad budget.

Live on it → India Contemporary
Format C

Subscription

Recurring billing, delivery-cycle logistics, and retention flows built for anything people buy again and again — not a one-off purchase.

Launching on it → Flowerbasket
What you actually get

The stuff that's genuinely hard to build alone

This is the part that normally needs a dev team, an ad manager, and a photographer.

Migration New

Shopify, imported

Give me the URL. Your whole catalog and order history move over, on a brand new storefront.

AI Content New

One photo in, a full shoot out

One product photo becomes on-model shots, lifestyle scenes and short video — ad-ready.

Checkout

Pay with a Post™

A buyer posts, unlocks a perk. Every order has a shot at becoming someone else's discovery.

WhatsApp

Catalog to checkout, one tap

A catalog message opens straight into a pre-filled cart on your real checkout.

Recovery

The cart isn't lost, it's idle

A WhatsApp nudge, then a coupon, brings a real share of abandoned carts back.

Growth Engine

Ads that draft themselves

The system drafts the campaign and queues posts, paused for your yes. You approve the spend.

This is the short list — storefront, checkout, shipping, loyalty, reporting and more, all handled. Full feature list on the FAQ → or ask the chat below anything specific.

The referral that ships itself

Pay with a Post™

No unboxing, no wearing it. I make the post, they share it — real orders on their code, then their product ships free.

01I make the post

On-brand, their code baked in.

02They share it

Feed, Story — wherever their audience is.

03Network buys, they get shipped

Gift-first ships on trust; sell-first ships after 3+ real orders.

1%
of the GMV this drives. Charged only once payment lands — never on a placed order, never on COD in transit.
The deal

Your brand. Your IP. My infrastructure.

You're not selling the brand to me. You're renting the machinery that gets it to revenue faster than building it yourself would.

What I take from the profit pool

40%

The standard share; the other 60% is yours. It can come down depending on category, how strong the brand already is, existing revenue, and how much of an audience you're walking in with. You and I agree it together before you sign.

Category Brand strength Existing revenue Following

Starting from zero, no revenue yet? I come in as AI-Enabler™ / Co-Founder and build the brand with you from the ground up, AI-first — the name, the catalog, the first customers. In that case, I hold 50% of the brand IP itself, not just a share of the profit pool, because I'm building the brand, not just enabling it.

How you get paid

Settled every Monday. Visible every day.

The week runs Monday 12:00 AM to Sunday 11:59 PM. Settlement for that week lands the following Monday, before 1 PM IST — every week, no exceptions.

What's in the report

  • Cost of goods + packaging
  • Shipping
  • Tech / admin subscriptions
  • Marketing spend
  • Pay with a Post™ fee (1% of its GMV)
  • Profit, split per your agreed share
