This page covers payments made to DevShop Retail OS, a brand of DEVSHOP LLP (LLPIN ADD-2576). I've written it in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to me.
The ₹5,000 deposit
- The ₹5,000 onboarding deposit is fully adjusted against your brand's actual onboarding tech costs (hosting, database, WhatsApp number, email, domain, AI).
- DevShop keeps none of it as a fee.
- Every charge against it, and the unused balance, are shown on your brand's terms page.
Cancelling the partnership
The partnership runs for 12 months with a 30-day break clause. If it ends before the 12 months are up, the break fee in your brand's signed terms applies. Full details are in the terms, and your brand's signed terms take precedence.
Asking for a refund
For any cancellation or refund request on a payment made to DevShop, write to founder@viratmohan.com with your brand name and the payment details.
Refund processing and timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to the customer's original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) through our payment aggregator in accordance with RBI guidelines.
Orders from brand stores
If you bought a product from a brand store DevShop runs, your order follows that brand's own cancellation and refund policy, shown on its store. Please contact the brand through its store first.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
