What it costs

These are the prices for services from DevShop Retail OS, a brand of DEVSHOP LLP (LLPIN ADD-2576). Each brand's exact terms are agreed with it and signed on its own terms page; those signed terms take precedence over this page.
DevShop Retail OS
- Onboarding deposit: ₹5,000. Fully adjusted against your actual onboarding tech costs (hosting, database, WhatsApp number, email, domain, AI). DevShop keeps none of it; every charge and the remaining balance are shown on your brand's terms page.
- DevShop's share, agreed per brand and set in its signed terms, as one of:
- a percentage of the profit pool (revenue less product and packaging, shipping, payment and platform fees, marketing, and tech costs);
- a fee per unit sold through the online store; or
- the AI-Enabler™ / Co-Founder model, where DevShop holds 50% of the brand IP and there is no separate profit-pool split.
- Pay with a Post™: 1% of the sales it drives, charged only once payment is received, for brands that opt in.
Custom builds
- Build: price agreed with you first. Paying it secures your slot.
- Monthly: ₹50,000 a month once it's live, billed in advance, to keep it running and improving.
DevShop Mall listings
- Brands 1 to 10 (India): ₹10,000
- Brands 11 to 25: ₹25,000
- Brand 26 onwards: ₹50,000
- Lock a specific space: ₹1,00,000
Each amount includes a ₹5,000 tech setup, adjusted against actual tech costs; the rest is the listing fee. GST as applicable. Payments are checked by hand before a booking is confirmed. Book a shop.
